In this role, you will assist the Site/Campground Office Supervisor with administrative and clerical duties, primarily focusing attention on detailed financial duties and serving customer facing co-workers. Familiarity with the Texas Renaissance Festival and its operations is preferred.

8 weekends,
October 10 – November 29, including
Friday, November 27·
Mandatory training day on September 19th·
Mandatory dress rehearsal on October 3rd· King's English is required for this Festival position.
Responsibilities
· Daily inventory counts and position distributions/collections
· Active inventory sales monitoring
· Routine periodic takes, counts and reconciliations of position receipts
· Daily reconciliations of receipts
· Deliver friendly, professional customer service while representing the Festival
Work Environment & Requirements
· Financial acumen, bookkeeping and/or office administration experience preferred
· This position requires both indoor and outdoor work environments, depending upon the days assigned tasks.
· Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including prolonged exposure to heat, cold, and rain.
· Light lifting and operating of equipment such as golf carts
· Available for up to 8 hour weekend shifts during festival season and enjoy complimentary festival admittance
· Available for preseason training prior to festival season
· Possess a valid driver's license
· Pass background check
· Preference given to applicants with current or recent bank teller or bookkeeper experience
· Familiarity with the Texas Renaissance Festival and its layout is preferred
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
