Campus AmbassadorWe are currently hiring a Campus Ambassador to support the University of Southern California . This is an academic year–long Part‑time position. The role involves working independently and as part of a team to increase the availability and visibility of products in local accounts (bars, restaurants, grocery & liquor stores) on and around campus.Level: 10ICWhat You'll DoExecute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), sampling events and festivals.Table at major campus events such as sporting events.Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point‑of‑sale items to increase visibility of our brands.Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume in accounts.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years old.Must be enrolled or a graduate of the listed school.Must have a valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle.Must be able to drive to and from accounts continuously.Requires the ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends to support business needs.Preferred QualificationsAbility to tolerate cold temperatures.Ability to operate a motor vehicle several times throughout the day.May be required to stand for several hours during the workday/evening.Working conditions vary day to day due to the customer‑facing nature of the role.Regular travel in the market.CompensationIn accordance with pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role is $19 – $21 per hour.Equal Opportunity & Fair ChanceQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance and the CA Fair Chance Act.Boston Beer Corporation is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
