Hours Full Time (40+ hours/week)

- Serve as the point of contact for all campus AV techs on the maintenance, installation, budget, and repair of AV equipment across all campuses
- Build relationships with campus AV techs to identify AV needs, training, and implementation
- Coordinate with the AVL Engineer and AV Manager on the design, standardization, and implementation of all equipment and systems
- Assist with sound setup and operation for weekly events — including church services, funerals, memorials, adult education, ministries, CCA events, and other church functions — across all campuses, as needed
- Support the AV team with stage builds and setups for Christmas and Easter, as needed
YOU HAVE: - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with church staff and the congregation
- Strong technical skills with computers, sound, and lighting equipment
- Willingness to learn new sound, lighting, and video equipment and software
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and strong time-management skills

- This is a full-time (40+ hours/week) salary exempt position.
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.
