The member will serve students through direct outreach, one-on-one support, and hands-on program facilitation. They will assist students accessing basic needs services, including the food pantry, emergency assistance, and transportation resources, and connect students to academic, career, and personal support services on campus. The member will conduct outreach to first-year students to support their transition, belonging, and retention, identifying barriers and linking them to appropriate resources. The member will plan and lead student workshops, cultural activities, wellness events, and community service projects. They will recruit and participate alongside students in volunteer and civic engagement opportunities. The member will track student interactions, program participation, and outcomes. All work will be carried out in direct engagement with students, elders, and community partners in a manner that respects and reflects Blackfeet cultural traditions and community values.
