Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Counselor at our West Campus in Leesport, Pennsylvania. Join a collaborative team dedicated to helping students achieve academic, career, and personal success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Pennsylvania Education Specialist I or II certification with a concentration in Secondary School Counseling required.
• Previous school counseling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of career and technical education is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide academic, career, and personal counseling services to BCTC students.
• Guide students in career planning and postsecondary opportunities.
• Assist with student recruitment, application, enrollment, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, parents, and sending schools to support student success.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., 10 months (190 days). Includes six evening functions annually and two extended faculty meetings per month.
