School Director — Lead. Inspire. Elevate Success.

Location: Lehigh Valley Mall
Salary: $70-100k plus performance bonuses.

This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to influence lives, inspire professionals, and shape the future of the beauty industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all daily operations including admissions, education, student salon, student services, front desk, and administration
• Create a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration
• Ensure excellence and consistency in curriculum delivery
• Drive student attendance, retention, and overall success
• Coach, recognize, and develop team members for long-term growth
• Set and achieve enrollment, retention, and placement goals
• Partner with corporate leadership through weekly performance reporting

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of leadership or management experience (education preferred, not required)
A proven people-leader who motivates through respect and recognition
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-first approach
Alignment with The Beauty Institute’s culture, mission, and vision
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
