This new position will serve as an essential link between accurate facilities data and effective campus planning. The Campus Facilities Auditor will contribute to the overall maintenance and improvement of our university's infrastructure while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. This role primarily involves conducting comprehensive audits of our university's buildings, including verifying square footage, counting fixtures in the bathrooms, and identifying the types of flooring used.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, practical organizational skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the facilities management team are essential. Analytical skills and adaptability for various building environments, coupled with professionalism and excellent customer service, are also critical for the role.
Salary is $37,440+ depending on qualifications.
Working conditions include an office environment and occasional exposure to adverse weather conditions and hazards during building audits. The work shift is 40 hours/week Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m - 2:00 a.m.
