    About the Position

    Do you enjoy staying organized, working hands-on, and helping operations run smoothly? As an Inventory Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting campus operations by managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are available when and where they're needed. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional internal customer service.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Maintain organized, clean, and efficient warehouse spaces while following established inventory processes and layouts.
    • Receive, inspect, and process inbound deliveries, verifying accuracy and reporting any discrepancies or damage.
    • Store, label, track, and distribute inventory and equipment to support campus operations and project needs.
    • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with audits to maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
    • Stage materials, equipment, furniture, and supplies for team requests, events, and scheduled pickups.
    • Support the tracking, checkout, and return of tools and equipment.
    • Conduct locker inspections and help maintain 5S standards across warehouses, storage areas, and fleet vehicles.
    • Assist with package deliveries, inventory organization initiatives, and general warehouse operations.
    • Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

    Here's What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, facilities, or material handling preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred.
    • Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
    • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
    • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and exceptional service.
