Summary
The Campus Operations Leader is an extremely gifted facilitator and shepherd who leads and coordinates the day-to-day operations at the campus, while ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church. In conjunction with maintaining the day-to-day operations of the campus, the Campus Operations Leader will also assist with and sometimes lead the ministries of the campus.

What you will be doing
- Provide oversight to all operational areas of the Campus.
- Review of monthly budget statements and preparation of annual operating budget.
- Work in collaboration with the Campus Pastor on all facets of ministry and operations of the campus.
- Ensure action items are captured and implemented for/by team leaders.
- Serve as liaison for the campus to each of the campuses of SECC in operational areas.
- Ensure care and proper oversight of facility working in conjunction with facility policies set in place at the Blankenbaker Campus.
- Recruit and lead volunteer teams.
- Assist the Campus Pastor in other areas of ministry, including leadership responsibilities of various ministries at the campus.
- Assist the Campus Pastor with hosting Sunday morning services (greeting, communion, dismissal).
What we are looking for
- Must be able to multi-task on a daily basis.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to anticipate and look ahead to anticipate what is needed for future ministry events, projects and all-church endeavors.
- Ability to understand financial statements and experienced with budgeting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with and have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior team leadership and/or ministry experience preferred.
- Lives in Oldham County or willing to relocate.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
