Qualifications:Education/Certification:High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills:Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructionsAbility to operate multi-line phone systemProficient keyboarding skillsEffective organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms, preferred Experience:One (1) year clerical experience in office setting Major Responsibilities and Duties:Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.Greet and direct campus visitors.
