Iona University is currently seeking a Campus Visit Coordinator who, in coordination with the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Associate Director of Enrollment Management Communications and Event Planning, will be responsible for planning and executing campus visit programs for prospective students and their families. This position serves as the point of contact for visitors before, during, and after personalized visits, tours, and information session programs.
Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Associate Director of Enrollment Management Communications and Event Planning, and the Director of Operations to develop a strong visit program, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and families as they proceed through the admissions cycle. This position will also ensure that the visit program has consistent routines and protocols surrounding daily activities.
