This is an hourly, 12 month, full-time position and must adhere to the regulations stipulated in the Mount Marty University Employee Handbook. This position provides overall customer service and administrative support, coordinates individual campus visits and admission events, joins in supervision of student ambassadors, and helps update prospective student application files. This position is tasked with coordinating campus visits and admission events designed to assist in recruiting first year and transfer students to Mount Marty. This includes building campus visits and admission events and communications in the Slate CRM, working with various campus constituencies (faculty, food service, staff, current students) to involve them in visits and events, and developing new events that could serve prospective students. In assisting in supervision of student ambassadors, the campus visit & operations coordinator will ensure that student ambassadors lead campus tours, work at the front desk to answer phones and greet visitors, and provide opportunities for prospective students to interact with current Mount Marty students.
