Campus Volunteer (District-Wide) 2026-2027

This application is designated for Campus Volunteers for the 2026-2027 School Year.

• Age Requirement: All volunteers must be at least 18 years old
• Employees: Active Judson ISD employees do not need to fill out this application. Active JISD Employees can get campus clearance simply by showing their official employee badge.

ON CAMPUS VOLUNTEERING

If you are volunteering to help in the classroom or at an on-campus event you are ONLY required to check in using the Verkada Verification System at the campus front office.

OFF CAMPUS VOLUNTEERING (Field Trips)

The volunteer application is for individuals who are attending OFF CAMPUS Field Trips ONLY.

Applications must be submitted 7-10 days prior to the field trip. This application must be completed once per school year.

• ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY.*
