As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Databricks, youll be the engine that powers our recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, and moving candidates through the pipeline. As one of the first points of contact for candidates, youll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional interviewing experience.Responsibilities:Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholdersCoordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews by navigating complex scheduling scenarios across multiple stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journeyHandle candidate travel arrangements and expenses for in-person interviewingExecuting other post-interviewing tasks such as scheduling debriefs and reference checks, and generating offer letters.Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programsWhat were looking for:6+ months of Recruiting Coordination experience within the tech industryEffective communication and prioritization skillsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving needsCollaborative mindset and openness to feedbackProactive approach to resolving ambiguous challengesA track record of high accuracy and attention to detailAn interest in technology and artificial intelligence
