Start at $16/hour (part time) and move to $17/hour after completing your first 90 days of training. Continue earning increases based on tenure and performance. Quickly move from part time to full time based on performance.

Full-Time Benefits - earned with part-time performance milestones
Team members who move into full-time status can become eligible for benefits after 90 days while consistently working at least five shifts per week. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off and a retirement plan.
What You'll Actually Do
As a Canine Coach/Rover, you will learn how to safely and confidently care for groups of dogs of different sizes, personalities and energy levels.
You will:
- Supervise dogs in our open-play rooms
- Reward positive behaviors and redirect dogs when needed
- Manage the energy and safety of the playroom
- Lead games, enrichment and activities
- Keep our playrooms clean, healthy and safe
- Assist in our Spa by bathing dogs, trimming nails and helping with basic grooming services
And yes, cleaning up after dogs is part of caring for dogs.

Our Canine Coaches receive structured training in dog behavior, body language, positive reinforcement, redirection, safe playroom management and canine care.
You'll learn what it means to show up, be accountable, care for others, work as a team and have others depend on you. Those are skills you'll take into whatever comes next.
