Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Canistota, SD 57012, USA
Shift: Evenings (2:30 PM – 10:00 PM) | Day shift also available (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary: $18.50 – $25.50/hour + Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Job Summary:
Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and vital signs. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident behaviors
- Support meal times and hydration
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of linens and supplies
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program approved by the state and facility
- Strong communication skills and ability to use electronic medical records
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical activities required in resident care
- Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
