Grow what’s next with Greenleaf Gardens

Greenleaf Gardens is part of Canopy USA, LLC — the vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator formed following the December 2024 transition of Acreage Holdings to Canopy USA. Together with Wana, Jetty, and Acreage, we’re aligning flower (Superflux), vapes and concentrates (Jetty), edibles and beverages (Wana), and retail (The Botanist) to scale across state-legal markets, with a focus on the Midwest and Northeast. We’re building a nimbler organization designed for growth.

Your day, as our Cultivation Lead

You’ll be the go-to guide on the grow floor — directing a crew of cultivation technicians, translating leadership priorities into action, and ensuring each room is set up for healthy, high-quality plants. From kicking off the shift with assignments to reviewing metrics and updating management, you’ll keep the operation moving with precision and care.

What you’ll own

Team leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day work of cultivation technicians and align the team to company values.
  • Run daily huddles to assign job tickets, share business updates, and report progress back to management.
  • Champion safety: follow all procedures, complete required reports on time, and recommend improvements to the Safety Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly cultivation space and shared employee areas.

Cultivation operations

  • Execute the IPM plan with routine room inspections, early-issue detection, corrective actions, and event logging; coordinate changes with the Director and Manager.
  • Carry out daily feed and plant care schedules as directed by Cultivation Management.
  • Guide consistent, discreet pruning at each growth stage.
  • Accurately document all cultivation activities and participate in regular audits.
  • Coordinate propagation to meet inventory targets with the management team.
  • Oversee waste destruction events and ensure records are complete.
  • Perform visual plant health checks for pests or deficiencies and report findings to Cultivation Managers.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available and maintained; promptly report maintenance or inventory issues through approved channels.
  • Use, maintain, and store tools properly (e.g., shop vacuums, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags).
  • Monitor and log daily environmental and solution metrics (temperature, humidity, pH, and other management-defined measures).
  • Record all required data on nutrients, cloning, repotting, reservoirs, equipment, and other crop logs on time and with accuracy.

Technical contribution

  • Identify feed/fertilizer-related plant health issues and carry out corrective steps.
  • Support cultivation planning (calendars, propagation strategy, analysis) and other planning needs.
  • Assist with maintaining the Operations Manual and SOPs.
  • Become fluent in company software platforms quickly.
  • Pitch in on additional duties as required.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of extraction/refinement methods (preferred) and comfort in lab settings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
  • Positive, team-first attitude.
