Title: Hand Roll Prep Tech | Reports to: Hand Roll Manager | Location: Homestead, FL
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing all tools and products needed for each batch.
Preparing and grinding all flower that will be used by the hand rollers.
Track and document loss of product through the grinding process; it is crucial that all product is accounted for through each batch.
Sanitizing the grinder between strains and avoiding any cross contamination.
Conducting moisture tests on upcoming strains and determining rollability.
Applying proper labels to product and packaging materials.
Packaging products into the designated containers.
Sizing filters to desired size.
Folding paper filters to be used as inserts.
General sanitation of grinding station and department areas.
Maintaining an organized and sterile work environment.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time as well as stand, squat, kneel or bend to complete tasks.
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
