Description for Cannabis Lab Technician:

• Produce infused pre-rolls with high consistency and quality.
• Assist in THC extraction and distillation, including thin-film systems.
• Operate and maintain advanced lab equipment.
• Maintain compliance with WA state regulations and SOPs.
• Track production data and ensure quality control.

Details for Cannabis Lab Technician:

• Pay: $20.00 / hour + Sales-based bonus structure.
• Schedule: Flexible, Full-Time.
• Shift Hours: Varies.

Requirements for Cannabis Lab Technician:

• Must be 21+ and meet all WA state cannabis employment requirements.
• Prior lab or cannabis production experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lab procedures and THC/CBD compounds.
• Ability to follow technical procedures with high attention to detail.
