Company Overview VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking Manufacturing Production Team Members for our continually growing team at our facility located in St. Louis, MO. For this position, you must have a minimum of 6 months of experience with a licensed cannabis company.VIBE has been operating since January 2022 and we are quickly expanding the size of our team. Position Summary/ObjectiveThe Manufacturing Production Team Member is responsible for helping the manufacturing team with daily tasks and maintaining quality of our products. This position will report to the Director of Manufacturing and/or a relevant Department Manager who will assign daily tasks to the team. The Manufacturing Production Team Member will assist with the packaging of products and general work around the lab as assigned by your manager.Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.Clean glassware and sensitive lab equipment, as well as general cleaning of the lab areas.Work at an efficient pace in a production environment while gramming out and packaging all concentrate products and vape cartridgesLift loads up to 50lbs.Operate technical machinery, following company SOPs.Perform general maintenance of equipment, tools, and workspace.Preparing equipment and plant materials for extraction, including but not limited to dry biomass grinding and fresh biomass packing in a freezer environment.Maintaining strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory, as well as data logs for the various extraction processes.Operate cannabis extraction equipment in a safe, productive manner.Perform the following types of cannabis oil processing:Closed loop extractionSimple distillation or solvent recoveryShort path distillationWinterizationFiltrationSolventless extractionRosin pressingEdible ProductionProficiently handle the following hazardous materials: Butane, Propane, compressed Argon or Nitrogen, Ethanol, Isopropyl alcohol, Acetone, as well as hot and cold materials utilizing proper PPEEnsures all tools are in working order and clean to prevent the spread of potential diseases.Aid in the development of protocols to limit cross contamination and ensure team members are adhering to SOPs when in cultivation areasMaintains all paperwork and records, ensuring any assigned data forms and logs are accurately filled out and completed in a timely manner.Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)High School DiplomaAble to work in loud areas.Able to lift 50 pounds.Capable of working in dark or bright environments.Able to work in low oxygen areas.Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.At least 21 years of ageWilling to participate in an extensive background check.Driver's license and reliable transportationComputer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).What Will Make You Special (Things you do not need but will help you stand out!)Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.Knowledge of the cannabis plant.Experience working with plants or other commodity crops.CompetenciesCommitment to ExcellenceTeam PlayerResults FocusedAttention to Detail.Communication SkillsSafety and Compliance
