Join The Clear, one of the most recognized cannabis brands in the country. We're hiring a Cannabis Production Technician for our overnight manufacturing team. Earn $22-$24/hr helping create premium infused pre-roll products in a clean, professional production facility. Cannabis production experience and an active MED badge are required.
What You'll Do
As a TWAX Technician, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, including:
- Preparing cannabis biomass for infusion
- Assisting with oil infusion and production workflows
- Preparing and staging hardware components
- Operating RollPro Blackbird joint roller machine.
- Finishing, packaging, and preparing products for distribution
- Maintaining cleanliness and quality standards throughout production
What We're Looking For
- Previous cannabis production experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production and rolling machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, make adjustments, and safely operate equipment
- Ability to work 3rd shift, Sunday night –Friday morning, with reliable attendance; 9:00pm - 5:30am
- Active MED badge required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable working in a clean-room style environment using proper PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Physical & Workplace Requirements
- Good hand dexterity and fine motor control for operating machinery
- Ability to safely work around mechanical equipment and follow SOPs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Endurance for periodic bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
- Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs to chest height
- Good eyesight and hygiene for quality control
- Ability to read, write, and follow production instructions
- PPE required: gloves, face mask, clean clothing, closed toed shoes
- No loose clothing, jewelry, or unsecured hair near machinery
Starting pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday night–Friday morning; 9:00pm - 5:30am
