Imagine your first week: You walk into a bright, welcoming store at The Botanist, part of Canopy USA, LLC. Patients recognize you as the steady guide who checks them in, queues appointments, and ensures every record is compliant. You field questions about regulations, explain our approach as a company, and help patients choose the right medicine with clear, safe-dosing advice. When the floor gets busy, you pivot — prepping orders, entering product data, calling patients about product requests, and admitting patients if our Security Guard steps away. You assist the Dispensary Manager with cash and inventory routines and coordinate with local service providers to keep everything running smoothly.
Canopy USA, LLC is a leading vertically integrated, multi-state operator. Following the December 2024 transition of Acreage Holdings to Canopy USA, our organization is aligning operations across Wana (edibles and beverages), Jetty (vape and concentrates), and Acreage — with Superflux for flower and The Botanist for retail — to drive efficiencies and expansion across state-legal markets, emphasizing the Midwest and Northeast.

Pay range: $18.50-$19/hr.
