Position Summary: Create an excellent and engaging experience in RevKids for elementary-aged children.

Essential Functions:
People Leadership
Lead and connect relationally with Team Members, Teams
- Communicate weekly (including curriculum notes and announcements)
- Lead Coaches meeting and oversee Small Groups
- Model and encourage Coaches to build relationships with their team through weekly contact
- Disciple and support Team Members in their personal growth
- Meet regularly with Small Group Leaders and Coaches for training and equipping
- Create a remarkable culture that makes people love serving in RevKids!
- Interview and place new Team Members; Train and Equip for ongoing effectiveness
Project Leadership
Creative Responsibilities
- Work with team members to create wow experiences for Team Members throughout the year.
- Be available to attend Team Member event-planning meetings when called upon.
- Small Group Related Administrative Responsibilities
- Input and maintain current information on Team Members
- Manage Team Member paperwork (Background checks, references, etc.)
- Special Event Support
- Work with the staff team to execute all aspects of special events
- Assist when appropriate for theme/context for special events
- Prepare Team Members for their role at special events
- Be a resource and encouragement to Team Members at the actual event
- Utilize individual gifts and talents (ex, speaking, graphic design, writing, etc.)
- Lead Next Step conversations with children for Baptism
- Attends staff and departmental meetings, complies with company attendance policy, observes all safety procedures and policies, and participates in training as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
