Canvasser (Door to door)

New England Smart Energyis hiring Canvassers starting at $24 per hour plus commission (Employees meeting quota earn: $400-$500 per week with top performers earning $1,000 per week or more!), along with tremendous growth opportunity within the company. Commission is uncapped.

Responsibilities:

Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles, retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community going door to door with your canvassing team. Plus enjoy a fantastic team culture!

The primary goal of this position is customer acquisition, so if you don’t mind talking to strangers then you’ll do great here! This is a "soft sale" as you aren't trying to get the customer to do an immediate purchase, rather it's scheduling a free home energy assessment without any upfront costs/obligations.

While not required, we are also looking for bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Cantonese.
