CMI-HR is currently assisting one of our verified business partners in hiring motivated Canvassers / Sales Representatives for field sales and lead generation.


About the Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, professional, and self-motivated individuals to connect with homeowners and generate leads for free property inspections.

This opportunity is ideal for college students, part-time workers, or anyone looking for a flexible schedule with strong earning potential. Top performers may have the potential to earn between $40,000 and $100,000 annually, based on performance and completed sales generated by qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners. 
  • Generate leads for free property inspections. 
  • Build trust through friendly and professional communication. 
  • Explain the value of the inspection without pressuring homeowners. 
  • Track addresses visited, homeowner responses, and follow-up needs.
  • Use provided scripts, sales packets, tools, and coaching.
  • Manage your own field schedule and transportation. 


Requirement

  • Strong communication and people skills. 
  • Friendly, professional, and motivated attitude. 
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face. 
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively. 
  • Reliable personal vehicle required. 
  • Must carry and maintain personal liability insurance. 
  • Sales, canvassing, customer service, or field marketing experience is a plus, but not required. 
  • Training will be provided.


Compensation & Support

  • Training Pay: $50 per day during training, minimum 4 hours worked. 
  • Commission: Starting at 3% of gross sales generated from your leads. 
  • Bonuses: Additional bonuses available for strong performance. 
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule. 
  • Support: Sales packet, scripts, training, and ongoing coaching provided.
