As a Canvassing Crew Lead, you will manage and mentor a team of canvassers, ensuring they are meeting goals and representing our client’s company professionally. You will also participate in canvassing efforts, helping to generate high-quality leads and support sales. This role combines leadership, hands-on fieldwork, and performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of canvassers.
- Set daily and weekly goals for canvassing teams and monitor performance.
- Actively canvass neighborhoods alongside the team to generate leads.
- Train new team members on company procedures, and effective canvassing techniques.
- Ensure accurate recording of leads, appointments, and interactions in the company CRM.
- Maintain team morale, and professional representation of the company.
- Provide feedback to management regarding territory performance, lead quality, and process improvements.
- Assist with scheduling, route planning, and logistics for the canvassing team.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably managing small teams.
- Outgoing, energetic, and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable performing canvassing tasks and leading by example.
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred.
