Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000 – $1,500

Annual Income Potential: $50,000 – $80,000+

Job Responsibilities


Customer Service Representatives

•Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

•Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings.

•Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists.

•Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling.

•Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners.


•Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods.

•Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services.

•Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness.

•Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs.

•Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

•Must be motivated, dependable, and coachable

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

•Reliable transportation required
