CCYC crew members spend their season doing real, hands-on conservation work across public and tribal lands. They build and maintain trails, restore damaged ecosystems, reduce wildfire risk through fuels work, install fencing, and protect culturally significant sites. Days are physical and team-driven-working outside in all conditions, learning tools, safety, and land stewardship skills along the way. Beyond the work itself, they develop resilience, leadership, and confidence.
