The Capacity Analyst is responsible for driving the development of a capacity model and the supporting processes in the Professional Services organization. The Capacity Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the model, ensuring the quality of the data in the model and completing ongoing analysis and recommendations to the business for maximizing capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives
- Diagrams and evaluates existing capacity management processes
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls
- Performs cost and benefit analysis.
- Forecast resource needs and financial outcomes
- Identify levers to impact forecasted outcomes
- Enter data as needed, as well as audit data entered by others
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to identify and articulate trends found within a defined data set, and their impact to the Professional Services business
- Ability to think outside the box to make recommendations on how to maximize the capacity of the Professional Services teams
- Ability to present to executive leaders in a clear, concise and actionable way
- Ability to collaborate with leaders across the Customer Success Organization - Specifically, communication of impacts of inputs to the Professional Services model to other teams.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships

Required Experience:
Education, Experience and Training required:
- B.S. or B.A. required
- Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
