Summary
Translates data trends and measurements into actionable ambulatory operation change. Provides strategies, options and alternatives for improving appointment management activities in the field and is comfortable with developing analyses to support suggested initiatives. Provides APT Director with input and opinion on policy, procedures and guidelines that will support access management while also providing recommendation on the best ways and means to measure and sustain desired improvements.
Education
Bachelors degree in business, healthcare or related field required.
Licensure/Certification
