The program begins with a one-day immersive training session focused on consulting fundamentals, professional development, and Capco's delivery approach—equipping you with the tools to succeed from day one.Following training, interns are placed on a real client engagement under the guidance of an experienced Capco Project Manager. This hands‑on experience provides exposure to consulting methodologies, client strategy, and personal brand development—laying a strong foundation for a potential full-time career at Capco.What You'll DoAs a Capco Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to:Gain insight into client business challenges and Capco's approach to solving themConduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis to support project objectivesEvaluate processes and controls and contribute to recommendations for improving operationsPrepare, participate in, and document client meetings and workshopsCreate high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and insightsSupport the development of new market opportunities that expand Capco's business and brandQualificationsPursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science,Technology, or a related field (or demonstrated interest in these areas)Graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 (Rising Seniors only)Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA from an accredited college or universityStrong communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only)#J-18808-Ljbffr
