We are looking for an Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst to join our Finance team. We're looking for people who embrace them and help us build something great. What You Will DoTrack cost-to-date (CTD) against approved project budgets and flag variances for review. Reconcile PO and PR activity against GL actuals on a recurring basis.Ensure PO/PR/CO submissions are complete, properly coded, and within approved budget.Support monthly capex reporting covering budget vs. commitments vs. actuals by project.What You Bring Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field2-4 years of experience in Project Controls, Construction Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&AStrong Excel skills, with comfort handling reconciliations and high-volume transaction dataAbility to collaborate effectively with both Finance and Construction/Operations stakeholdersDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working through ambiguityWhy Join 5C Data Centers?At 5C, we believe great people build great companies.
