Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Capital Advisory Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income by supporting live capital advisory engagements and active transactions across our network.

Role Overview

  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators on capital raises, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and exits

  • Deliver investor-ready financial analysis and transaction support

  • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:

  2. Receive category-specific approvals (Advisory Support, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)

  3. Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live advisory engagements

  • Recommended hourly rates

Scores are dynamically updated based on performance quality, responsiveness, and client feedback.
