Capital Advisory Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income by supporting live capital advisory engagements and active transactions across our network.
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Advisory Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification, verification, and approval process.
Once approved, Capital Advisory Analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to live advisory mandates and paid analytical work
Support investors, fund managers, and operators on capital raises, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and exits
Deliver investor-ready financial analysis and transaction support
Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score
Certification tiers:
Senior Capital Advisory Analyst · Lead Capital Advisory Analyst · Capital Advisory Analyst / Associate
Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–$200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, capital advisory, transaction consulting, or senior finance professionals with 5+ years of advisory or deal execution experience
Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–$150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in transaction advisory, modeling, valuation, or capital markets support
Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–$100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and exposure to advisory, diligence, or transaction support work
Capital Advisory Analysts are engaged based on category-specific approvals, earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.
Support capital raises, refinancings, recapitalizations, and exit processes
Analyze capital structures, financing alternatives, and investor fit
Prepare advisory materials supporting pricing, structuring, and positioning
Translate financial outputs into clear, client-ready insights
Build and refine 3-statement financial models
Perform DCF, LBO, and transaction-level valuation analyses
Conduct commercial real estate and operating company underwriting
Run sensitivity, scenario, and downside analyses
Prepare comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
Develop football field valuation summaries
Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Support commercial, financial, and operational diligence
Assist with data room review and diligence coordination
Contribute to investment memos, pitch materials, and investor presentations
Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are explicitly approved.
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Advisory Support, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live advisory engagements
No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified Capital Advisory Analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training
Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Platform visibility and advisory access
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Scores are dynamically updated based on performance quality, responsiveness, and client feedback.
Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Capital Advisory Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit or sell securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and advisory support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
