Position Overview

Capital Advisory Associates support senior advisors in delivering strategic capital solutions to corporate and institutional clients. The role blends financial analysis, transaction support, and client-facing communication to help clients optimize capital structure, raise capital, and execute financing-related initiatives.

These roles often involve close collaboration with senior bankers, investment professionals, legal teams, and clients across a range of capital markets and private capital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advisory engagements related to capital structure optimization and financing strategy

• Assist with equity, debt, and hybrid capital raising transactions

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and capital structure scenarios

• Conduct market and investor analysis to support financing recommendations

• Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and investment memoranda

• Coordinate due diligence, data rooms, and transaction documentation

• Monitor market conditions and capital markets trends

• Support execution of capital advisory transactions from origination through closing

• Prepare internal and client-facing reports for senior advisors and management

• Assist with client communication and ongoing relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and financing instruments

• Prior experience or coursework in investment banking, advisory, or transaction analysis preferred

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
