This role offers an introductory base salary, future draw, unlimited commissions, and premier benefits. The past four years territory earnings have exceeded $300,000 plus each year.

What Youll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial roofing customers
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and provide roofing solutions that deliver value
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
• Partner with operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service
• Grow your territory through persistence, creativity, and determination

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is Required
• Roofing sales experience is Required
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
