This role provides planning discipline, financial control, prioritization, and schedule management for capital projects across the site, ensuring that both minor and major projects are executed consistently and effectively. In addition, this role leads structured process improvement initiatives focused on bottleneck reduction, throughput improvement, and operational efficiency. The position operates primarily in a planning and coordination capacity, leading cross-functional teams through influence and structure rather than direct execution.
