Capital Insights Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income by contributing to live transactions and active investment analysis across our network.
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Insights Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphere’s certification, verification, and approval process.
Once approved, Capital Insights Analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical engagements
Deliver data-driven insights to investors, fund managers, and operators
Support live transactions with rigorous financial and market analysis
Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score
Certification tiers:
Senior Capital Insights Analyst · Lead Capital Insights Analyst · Capital Insights Analyst / Associate
Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–$200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real assets, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction, valuation, or investment analysis experience
Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–$150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in modeling, valuation, diligence, or investment research
Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–$100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and demonstrated analytical performance
Capital Insights Analysts are engaged based on category-specific approvals, earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.
Build and review 3-statement financial models
Perform commercial real estate underwriting
Conduct DCF and LBO valuation analyses
Execute sensitivity and scenario analysis
Prepare comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
Develop football field valuation summaries
Analyze cash flows, capital efficiency, and return drivers
Identify key value creation levers and downside risks
Translate financial outputs into investor-ready insights
Support pricing, structuring, and investment positioning
Perform Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
Conduct commercial, financial, and operational diligence
Assess transaction and execution risks
Support investment memos, IC materials, and investor presentations
Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are explicitly approved.
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Capital Insights)
Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.”
Verified Capital Insights Analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training
Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Visibility and ranking on the platform
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Scores are dynamically updated based on performance, quality, and client feedback.
Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Capital Insights Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit or sell securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
