Capital Introduction Associate

The Capital Introduction team at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional to join as an Associate. In this role you will work closely with Vice Presidents and senior team members, gaining direct exposure to hedge‑fund managers, institutional investors, and senior leadership while supporting capital‑raising initiatives across the firm's alternative investment platform.

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
• 2-5 years of experience in Capital Introduction, Investor Relations, Business Development, Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, or related financial services role
• Demonstrated interest in hedge funds, alternative investments, and institutional investor markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
• Established industry relationships (preferred but not required)
• Self‑motivated, proactive team player with high professionalism, integrity, and discretion

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 + Discretionary Bonus

• Support client and allocator relationship management across designated territories

• Conduct market research to identify prospective institutional investors and introduction opportunities

• Assist in expanding and maintaining hedge fund manager and investor coverage

• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and capital introduction events

• Prepare investor‑facing materials, market updates, and internal reports

• Maintain detailed records of manager and allocator activity in CRM and internal databases

• Track industry trends, allocator mandates, fundraising activity, and market developments

• Respond promptly to client and investor inquiries, ensuring high‑level service

• Collaborate with Prime Brokerage, Sales & Trading, Research, and other internal stakeholders on business development initiatives
