Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in inventory control and accountability, capital asset inventory, or inventory related accounting is required. Must possess a Driver license.

This is specialized clerical and inventory control work in the receipt, storage, distribution, and accountability of County-owned goods, materials, equipment, and tangible County property. Employees in this class are responsible for receiving and verifying deliveries, maintaining accurate receiving and inventory records, entering data into INFORMS and capital and non-capital inventory systems, coordinating delivery of goods to end users, and monitoring open and unfulfilled purchase orders.
This role entails the application of established procedures governing receiving, inventory control, property accountability, and documentation. Supervision is received from an administrative or technical superior who reviews work for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
