About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through real deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated relationships across the private markets.

Capital Leadership Advisors represent a senior leadership tier within the ecosystem—providing strategic direction, credibility, and high-impact guidance to sponsors, funds, and investors while benefiting from premium earning opportunities and platform-driven visibility.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Leadership Advisors to provide strategic, operational, and capital markets leadership to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Leadership Advisors:

  • Advise on fund strategy, capital formation, deal structuring, and execution readiness

  • Provide leadership-level guidance across complex transactions and portfolio initiatives

  • Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening ecosystem quality and credibility

  • Access curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and platform-driven exposure

  • Build a verified Advisor Leadership Track Record within Initio Sphere

This role is designed for senior professionals with demonstrated authority in capital transactions and investment leadership.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Leadership Advisors may:

  • Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP positioning, and investor engagement

  • Support deal sponsors on structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

  • Serve as senior thought partners during investment committee preparation and execution

  • Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling standards, diligence judgment, and transaction best practices

  • Provide portfolio-level guidance on operational strategy, governance, and value creation

  • Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, strategic partners, or co-investors

Advisors focus on high-level leadership, judgment, and strategic influence. Day-to-day execution or modeling is not expected unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

Capital Leadership Advisors may be approved to support:

  • Fund formation, capital raising strategy, and LP communications

  • Deal structuring, IC readiness, and transaction leadership

  • Portfolio company strategy and operational oversight

  • Analyst and scout mentorship, training, and quality control

  • Investor relations, network strategy, and ecosystem development

Approval is granted based on experience, transaction record, leadership credibility, and advisory judgment.

Compensation & Deal Economics

  • Advisors operate as independent contractors

  • Hourly advisory rates range from $200–$500, based on experience, scope, and engagement complexity

  • Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions to closed deals

  • Payments are issued upon completion of advisory milestones or successful deal close

  • No cap on earning potential for sustained, high-impact leadership contributions

How Advisors Get Activated

  1. Submit a Capital Leadership Advisor application with background, leadership profile, and deal history

  2. Complete verification and advisory category approval

  3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin advising funds, sponsors, analysts, and scouts on approved engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to meaningful opportunities.

  • Provide investment advice to the general public

  • Solicit securities

All advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic leadership, mentoring, and transaction support.
