Description

Certified Contractor Roles: Analyst · Lead Analyst · Senior Analyst
Platform: Initio Sphere Private Capital Ecosystem
Compensation: $50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets verified talent. We serve fund managers, investors, issuers, and operators across private markets by integrating deal flow, analyst services, investor relations, training, and placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to create real opportunity, institutional credibility, and immediate earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, analysts are activated quickly—supporting live transactions and paid capital markets engagements across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join the platform as Capital Markets Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Capital Markets Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification, verification, and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Markets Analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform and investor network

  • Gain access to live private capital transactions and paid analytical engagements

  • Support capital raising, transaction execution, and investor-facing initiatives

  • Build a verified deal history and proprietary Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers include:
Analyst / Associate Analyst · Lead Analyst · Senior Analyst
