Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices

Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights

Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector

Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability

Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

• Experience in Investment Banking, Custody, Treasury, Pension (DC, DB) Domain

Experience with Data Analytics, Data models and Agile methodologies

• Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Stakeholder management, Functional Testing etc
• Experience in developing robust, efficient, scalable processes by applying continuous improvement practices
• Prefer experience within Technology including AI, Cloud, API
• Experience in Investment Management, ALM, Hedge Accounting, FX & Interest Rate Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Reporting, and Treasury Technology platforms.

OR

• Experience in Domain Expertise in Custody and Security Services including Post-trade settlement, Corporate Actions processing, Custody Operations, Security Lending etc.

OR

• Experience in Domain Expertise in long term savings products and services including IRA, Superannuation, ETFs, Funds, Pension, Income like annuities, DB, DC etc.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
