The North Central NP professionals consist of six capital markets partners, three dedicated support team members, and four financial analysts covering the Midwest markets of Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee and SE Wisconsin.

National Partners - North Central is seeking a Capital Markets Operations Analyst that will be an integral part of this team. This person will be involved in all stages of a transaction from the request for proposal through the coordination of due diligence and closing of a transaction. It is important that this person be able to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a high-energy environment. Greater details on various responsibilities are listed below:

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and design proposals, offering materials, memos and presentations for assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning.
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop written executive summaries for individual property marketing materials or multiple property portfolios.
  • Research and develop written summary of individual or multiple tenants in buildings that are being marketed.
  • Conduct property tours and market tours with clients and/or third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with client on data management, ensuring accurate records and reporting for preparation of marketing materials.
  • Research demographics, market trends, and additional market information as needed for project specific deliverables.
  • Manage the due diligence process and drive the marketing and closing activities for each transaction by leveraging market knowledge, including market statistics, comparable sales, and research data, while maintaining regular communication with the team and clients.
  • Generate basic reports and use data from multiple sources. This includes drafting process improvements and providing recommendations for Operations Director.
  • Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings, conferences and events. May schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
  • Assist with vendor management, invoice processing, and expense tracking as needed.
  • Prepare materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, and sales agreements.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Illinois Real Estate License is Required
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.
  • Comfort with handling multiple projects at once and ability to move quickly between deals
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. as well as Adobe Creative Suite. Examples include InDesign.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Analyst position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Capital Markets Ops Analyst position is $78,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
