The Capital Planning Manager is responsible for managing the system-wide capital planning and governance process from initial request through final approval. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and maintain replacement schedules, inform annual capital allocations and long range cashflow projections, and support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. The Capital Planning manager facilitates the capital governance processes, including committee agenda management and prioritization frameworks, while clearly communicating requirements across the organization.

Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or related field. Master's preferred.
Seven to ten years of work experience in healthcare administration, sourcing, supply chain, operations management, or finance.
Strong communication and project management skill sets required.
