Your impact

• Drive planning through closeout across multiple construction projects, owning outcomes for time, cost, and quality.
• Integrate the work of architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet specifications and design intent.
• Maintain a consistent field presence, tracking progress and resolving issues before they escalate.
• Craft and deliver transparent project briefings to stakeholders and clients.
• Embed safety practices on every site and uphold compliance with local regulations.
• Control project records including contracts, change orders, and formal reporting.
• Negotiate agreements and nurture effective partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead recurring project meetings that drive clarity, decisions, and accountability.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects or similar responsibilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
• Skilled communicator and leader with strong interpersonal savvy.
• Fluency in project management software and associated tools.
• Track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Resourceful problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail.
• PMP or comparable credential is advantageous.
