Essential Functions:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement divisional capital investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead long-term planning for infrastructure, facilities, and asset development.
Project Oversight
- Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects—from initiation to completion.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for all divisional capital initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and executive leadership.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and board members.
Team Management
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, financial analysts, and contractors.
- Regularly work onsite to build strong team connections, collaborate across functions, and solve problems in real time.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Performance & Reporting
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for capital projects.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, financials, and strategic impact.
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $163,000 to $207,000.

Minimum Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Finance or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in capital project management, infrastructure development, or related fields OR at least 8 years of related experience with a Master’s or postgraduate degree.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, high-value projects.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Education & Experiences:
- Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management are a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong financial acumen and experience with Capital Expenditure planning.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and change management.

Work environment:
This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
