" Lead end-to-end execution of capital project including design, procurement, construction, and startup.

" Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives

" Manage contractor safety programs and enforce OSHA and EPA compliance standards.

" Manage contractors, vendors, and OEMs to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

" Track project budget (~$36M), manage forecasts, and control costs.

" Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

" Change Management of all scope, documents, drawings

" Integrate the Project Team with the Plant Readiness Team to ensure smooth transition from project work to operations.

Qualifications

" Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food), Project Management or related field.

" 5+ years of capital project experience in dairy or food manufacturing.

" Experience managing large projects ($20M+).

" Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

" Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Position is based entirely onsite at the Clovis facility.
• Expected work breakdown:
  • Approximately 60% office-based work.
  • Approximately 40% field work within an active construction environment.
• Candidate will have a dedicated workspace in a shared office environment with engineering staff.
• Field work will require:
  • Hard hat
  • Safety boots
  • Safety glasses
  • Other required PPE provided by client
• Employees will receive all required site safety briefings and training.
