Capital Raising Analysts support capital formation initiatives by assisting senior professionals with investor outreach, fundraising execution, and strategic analysis. Support capital raising efforts across private investment funds and strategies

Track investor outreach, meetings, and fundraising pipelines
Analyze fund performance, track records, and portfolio data for investor communications
Coordinate investor due diligence processes, including DDQs, data rooms, and follow-ups
Support responses to investor inquiries, RFPs, and information requests
Monitor market trends, allocator behavior, and fundraising conditions
Prepare internal capital raising updates and reports for senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Strong interest in capital raising, investor relations, and private markets
Understanding of investment fund structures and performance metrics
