Position Overview

Capital Raising Analysts support capital formation initiatives by assisting senior professionals with investor outreach, fundraising execution, and strategic analysis. The role blends financial analysis, project coordination, and client-facing support in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

These roles often involve close collaboration with investor relations, investment teams, legal and compliance, and external advisors.


Key Responsibilities

Support capital raising efforts across private investment funds and strategies
Assist in preparing fundraising and marketing materials, including pitch decks, PPMs, and investor presentations
Conduct investor research and maintain databases of institutional investors, family offices, and consultants
Track investor outreach, meetings, and fundraising pipelines
Analyze fund performance, track records, and portfolio data for investor communications
Coordinate investor due diligence processes, including DDQs, data rooms, and follow-ups
Support responses to investor inquiries, RFPs, and information requests
Monitor market trends, allocator behavior, and fundraising conditions
Prepare internal capital raising updates and reports for senior management


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Strong interest in capital raising, investor relations, and private markets
Understanding of investment fund structures and performance metrics
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong attention to detail
