This role will support organization- wide contract management and capital procurement. Responsible for sourcing the appropriate capital equipment to meet organization, clinician and patient order needs while strongly supporting and facilitating contract compliance and equipment standardization initiatives. Work closely with multiple departments, legal counsel and external vendors to conduct competitive bidding, vendor compliance, regulatory compliance to achieve maximum financial and operational value. This position will be responsible for creating purchase orders, negotiating, resolution of discrepancies, managing contracts, creating financial reports, and managing organizational bids for procurement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:3-5 years experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Negotiation, Capital Procurement and/or Project Planning.
