IDR is seeking a CAPPS Financial Tower Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.
This role involves supporting the statewide CAPPS Financials system, providing high-level technical expertise and functional assistance to ensure smooth operations within a large public sector environment. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work with advanced ERP modules and contribute to critical financial processes.

Position Overview for the CAPPS Financial Tower Analyst:

  • Support and maintain the CAPPS Financials module, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and related components.
  • Provide functional configuration, issue resolution, and business process leadership within a statewide ERP system.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to support system testing, change management, and user training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, support system integrations, and contribute to release management activities.
  • Offer expertise in system security, policy alignment, and performance reporting to optimize financial operations.

Requirements for the CAPPS Financial Tower Analyst:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies.
  • Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes.
  • Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ).
  • Extensive knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance.
